Note side effects and how intense they feel, and keep an eye on calories, protein and water.
An educational chart estimated with a pharmacokinetic model. It is not a measurement and is not meant for treatment decisions.

No. Everything you log (doses, injection sites, weight, side effects, nutrition and notes) is stored in a database on your iPhone. There is no cloud sync and BRERA keeps no backup. Widgets and the Apple Watch app receive a small summary directly from your iPhone through Apple's on-device channels. The only data that leaves your device is optional, anonymous usage statistics, which never include health data.
No. There is no sign-up and no sign-in. Open the app and start logging.
Ritmo is designed for GLP-1 treatments taken as injections or pills, weekly or daily, such as semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide or dulaglutide. Common brands are available as shortcuts, and you can add any other medication with its own name and schedule.
No. Ritmo never recommends, calculates or adjusts doses or titration, and it does not interpret symptoms. Dose buttons are shortcuts for commercially available strengths: you always log what your healthcare professional prescribed.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Ritmo and tap Cancel Subscription, or go to your Apple subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
In Ritmo, go to Settings → Delete all my data. This erases every record and setting stored on your iPhone and cannot be undone. Deleting the app also removes its data. Weights already saved in Apple Health stay there until you delete them in the Health app, and backups you made with iCloud or a computer follow Apple's terms. To ask us to delete anonymous statistics already sent, write to sergio@brera.dev.
Write to us and we will get back to you. Please do not include health details you would rather keep private.
